West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing AC Milan attacker Christian Pulisic, according to Fichajes.

The Hammers are preparing for the possibility of losing Mohammed Kudus and Lucas Paquetá next season and see Pulisic as a potential key addition.

After a mixed spell in the Premier League with Chelsea, the American international has renewed his career in Serie A since joining Milan last summer for under £20 million.

Pulisic has been in superb form this season, contributing seven goals and five assists in 15 matches, including standout performances in the Champions League against Liverpool and Real Madrid.

Pulisic’s flexibility is another factor that makes him an attractive target. Comfortable on either wing, as a number 10, or even as a wing-back or striker, he offers tactical flexibility that could suit West Ham’s needs.

Fichajes highlighted his importance to Milan, stating: “Pulisic has played a key role in Milan’s scheme, standing out for his speed, one-on-one abilities, and his constant threat in attack.

His adaptation to Italian football was fast establishing himself as a fundamental piece of the team.

However, rumors of his potential departure suggest that a return to the Premier League is something both the player and the involved clubs could be seriously considering.”

While a move for Pulisic would excite fans, West Ham may need to prioritize other areas in January.

A central midfielder is crucial, with Guido Rodríguez struggling to adapt, Edson Álvarez facing disciplinary issues, and Paquetá off form. Tomas Souček has been reliable but could be upgraded.

Upfront, injuries and poor form have blocked their strikers. Danny Ings and Michail Antonio lack consistency, while £27m signing Niclas Füllkrug has made just three appearances due to a long-term Achilles injury. Strengthening these areas might take priority over a little important signing like Pulisic this winter.
