Leeds United head to the London Stadium this weekend determined to round off an impressive campaign with another positive result against West Ham United.
The Whites have enjoyed a superb return to the Premier League, securing their top-flight status comfortably and showing significant progress under Daniel Farke.

An eight-match unbeaten run since the international break has underlined the confidence flowing through the squad, with Leeds looking every bit an established Premier League side in recent months.
Their latest victory over Brighton was far from straightforward, but Leeds once again found a way to grind out a result at Elland Road. Dominic Calvert-Lewin proved the difference late on, continuing his strong finish to the season.
Farke, however, faces several selection headaches ahead of the trip to East London. Anton Stach picked up an ankle injury in the Brighton win and remains a doubt, with Leeds unwilling to take unnecessary risks ahead of a possible World Cup involvement this summer.
Should the German miss out, Farke may alter his shape slightly, bringing Lukas Nmecha alongside Calvert-Lewin in attack, while Brenden Aaronson operates just behind the front pair. Nmecha, previously described as “ice-cold” by Farke, has scored six Premier League goals this season.
Leeds are also without Ilia Gruev, Pascal Struijk and Noah Okafor, while injuries to Jayden Bogle and Gabriel Gudmundsson continue to limit options in wide areas.
Although there is little riding on the contest in terms of league position, Leeds know the value of ending the season strongly.
Momentum heading into the summer could prove vital as the club look to avoid repeating the mistakes of their previous Premier League spell and push further up the table next season.
