West Ham supporters will be desperate to see Taty Castellanos remain at the club this summer, despite the disappointment of relegation to the Championship.
The Argentine forward arrived in January as the Hammers attempted to preserve their Premier League status, but he quickly made a positive impression on supporters with his commitment, energy and eye for goal.

While the club ultimately fell short in its battle against the drop, Castellanos emerged as one of the few bright sparks during a difficult period.
His relentless work ethic and willingness to lead the line have made him a fan favourite in East London. More importantly, those qualities could prove invaluable as West Ham look to mount an immediate promotion challenge next season.
Although some may view the Championship as a step down for a player of his calibre, Castellanos’ career path suggests it may not be out of the question.
The striker was playing in Major League Soccer as recently as three seasons ago before earning opportunities in Europe, meaning a season in England’s second tier would not necessarily be a backward move in his development.
Speaking on the prospect of Castellanos staying, The West Ham Way Podcast host Dave Walker made it clear he hopes the striker remains at the London Stadium.
“It would be incredible if we kept Taty next season, I think he would smash the championship,” said Walker. “His attitude, work rate and physicality is just what we need and he would score goals without a doubt.”
