Aston Villa have already made significant changes this summer, but Unai Emery could still be handed the opportunity to bring Real Madrid wonderkid Endrick to Villa Park.
Villa entered the transfer window in a strong position after winning the Europa League, although the departures of Morgan Rogers and Youri Tielemans left two major gaps.
Emery has responded with the arrivals of Johan Manzambi and Joao Gomes, while Alejandro Garnacho has joined on loan to add pace and creativity.
The striker department, however, is already packed. Ollie Watkins remains the main option after reaching 100 Villa goals last season, while Tammy Abraham, Evann Guessand and teenage forward Brian Madjo also provide competition.

Endrick would still be a tempting opportunity. Real Madrid signed the Brazilian from Palmeiras before his 17th birthday, but his first season in Spain brought just seven goals in 37 appearances, with only 847 minutes played.
A loan move to Lyon last season changed his fortunes. Endrick scored five goals and registered seven assists in 16 Ligue 1 appearances, starting 14 games.
Now, Aston Villa have reportedly held ‘conversations’ over his situation, with England said to be his preferred destination if he leaves Madrid.
Real Madrid favour another loan without a purchase option, which could suit Villa. However, Emery must decide whether Endrick can adapt quickly to the demands of Premier League football.
