There is a growing sense of frustration among sections of the Leicester City support, and much of it is now being directed towards Ricardo Pereira.
Once a dependable figure in the side, the Portuguese full-back is increasingly viewed by some as a player whose best years are firmly behind him.

Criticism has intensified in recent weeks, particularly following a string of underwhelming performances that have done little to steady a struggling team.
While injuries have undoubtedly played their part in disrupting his rhythm over the past few seasons, patience among supporters appears to be wearing thin.
One supporter summed up the mood rather bluntly, stating: “Ricardo BTW he’s been past it for years”. It is a harsh assessment, but one that reflects a wider dissatisfaction with the current state of the squad.
Others have taken a more sarcastic tone, with another comment reading: “One of Seagraves golf and spa resorts best clients”. The remark alludes to the club’s training ground, suggesting that his time has been spent more off the pitch than on it.
Perhaps most damning, however, is the criticism of his leadership. “As much as I respect him, he’s an awful captain,” wrote another fan, questioning whether he is the right figure to guide the team through a difficult period.
