Leicester City have confirmed the details of their second pre-season fixture as Russell Martin’s preparations for the new campaign continue to gather pace.
The Foxes will travel to face Bristol Rovers at the Memorial Stadium on Tuesday, 14 July, with kick-off scheduled for 7pm BST.
The fixture comes just days after Leicester opened their summer programme against Northampton Town and forms another important step in the squad’s build-up to the start of the League One season.
Martin is expected to use the game to continue assessing his squad, with several academy players pushing for opportunities alongside the club’s more experienced professionals.

Pre-season has already offered encouraging signs from a number of youngsters, while the new head coach continues to implement his style of play ahead of the competitive campaign.
The trip to Bristol will be followed by another away friendly against Burton Albion before Leicester head to Spain later in July for matches against Cádiz and Málaga. Their preparations will conclude with a home fixture against Genoa at the King Power Stadium.
Supporters travelling to the Memorial Stadium can now begin making their plans, with the club having officially confirmed the date and kick-off time for what promises to be another valuable test as Leicester continue their preparations for the 2026/27 season.
