West Ham United have confirmed the signing of Venezuela international winger Keiber Lamadrid from Deportivo La Guaira, adding another exciting young talent to the club’s ranks ahead of the new season.
The 22-year-old arrives in east London after establishing himself as one of the brightest prospects in Venezuelan football.

A product of Deportivo La Guaira’s academy, Lamadrid progressed through the youth system before becoming a regular first-team player and earning recognition at international level with Venezuela.
Capable of operating on either flank but most comfortable on the left wing, Lamadrid caught the attention of West Ham’s recruitment team with a series of impressive performances in his homeland.
During the 2025 campaign, he registered eight goals and several assists, helping Deportivo La Guaira challenge at the top end of the Venezuelan game.
The move represents a significant step in the youngster’s career as he prepares for the challenge of English football.
Lamadrid recently made his senior debut for the Venezuelan national team and arrives in London with growing expectations surrounding his future.
West Ham view the winger as a player with considerable potential and believe he can continue his development under the guidance of Nuno EspΓrito Santo and his coaching staff.
The club hope his pace, direct running and attacking flair will strengthen their options in the final third as preparations continue for the upcoming campaign.
