West Ham United star Jarrod Bowen has opened up about some of the most memorable moments of his career, recalling the matches, teammates, supporters and celebrations that have stayed with him.

Asked about the one match he will never forget, his answer was immediate: “The UEFA Europa Conference League final, obviously!”

He also remembered being introduced to the West Ham supporters after signing, describing the experience of coming from Hereford and Hull to stand in front of 60,000 fans as special.

Another memorable moment came when he first met Dani’s father, a West Ham supporter, before the famous 3-2 win over Liverpool. He recalled eating food from the training ground while others ordered a Chinese takeaway before producing two assists.

His favourite goal was also a personal milestone.

“Let’s leave out the Conference League final! I’d say my first one against Southampton at home. First home game, first goal for the Club.”

When asked about a teammate, Mark Noble immediately came to mind.

“Nobes. Looking in from the outside, you knew Mark Noble and West Ham and always put the two together, so to share a dressing room with him and see how he works on and off the pitch, then to stay close to him after his retirement and go for dinners with him has been great.”

But nothing compared with the Conference League parade, which he described as surreal and life-changing.
