Frustration is boiling over among Leicester City supporters, with calls growing louder for a change in approach as the club’s underwhelming run continues to drag them towards the drop.

The latest performance has only intensified those concerns, with many questioning the persistence of a slow, possession-heavy style that has yielded little reward.

One fed-up supporter summed up the mood bluntly: “FFS switch to Plan B NOW ! We are getting relegated doing this walking passing football…. What would YOUR Plan B be?”

It is a sentiment that is beginning to echo across the fanbase. Leicester have too often dominated the ball without purpose, circulating possession neatly but failing to turn it into meaningful chances.

The tempo has been laboured, the attacking play predictable, and opposition sides have found it increasingly straightforward to sit deep and frustrate.

With time running out, the demand for a more direct and aggressive alternative is growing. A shift in tempo, quicker transitions, and a willingness to play forward earlier could offer a route out of trouble.

Equally, introducing more physicality and urgency in the final third may help unsettle defences that have grown comfortable against Leicester’s current approach.

Whether Gary Rowett is prepared to abandon his principles remains to be seen, but the message from the stands is becoming impossible to ignore. Without a decisive tactical shift, Leicester’s survival hopes risk slipping away.
