    Leeds have breathing space over West Ham and Nottingham Forest and face Wolves, Burnley, Tottenham and West Ham in their final seven games.

    Fatawu is expected to attract interest across the Premier League this summer, with Leicester City likely to drop into League One.

    Leeds scouts know Leicester will struggle to keep the 22-year-old if relegated to the third tier.

    Former Everton chief executive Keith Wyness told Football Insider Leicester are heading for a summer fire sale amid relegation fears.

    The Foxes sit 23rd in the Championship after defeat to Swansea City, four points from safety.

    Despite struggles, Fatawu has been a standout performer, scoring nine goals and providing seven assists in 41 matches.

    He scored a 70-yard goal against Ipswich in December, highlighting the quality Leeds currently lack.

    Reports suggest the Ghana international could cost around £20million after Leicester signed him for £15m in 2024.

    Premier League rivals Sunderland, Everton, Fulham and Brighton are also monitoring him, with Leeds planning a serious push this summer now on.
