Leicester City have made three changes to their starting XI for today’s League One clash against Oxford United, with Alex McCarthy, Wes Burns and Emil Riis coming into the side.
McCarthy gets the nod in goal, while Burns is handed a starting role as Russell Martin looks to freshen up his team. Riis also comes into the XI and will be hoping to make an immediate impact in attack.
The changes come as Leicester look to build on their recent 2-0 victory over Plymouth Argyle and continue moving in the right direction. The Foxes currently sit 13th in League One with five points from their opening four matches.

With three alterations to the team, there is plenty for Leicester supporters to discuss before kick-off.
Burns and Riis will be particularly interesting players to watch, while McCarthy will be expected to provide experience and security between the posts.
The Foxes will be aiming for another positive result at the King Power Stadium as they face Oxford United today.
What do you make of Russell Martin’s starting XI? Are you happy with the three changes? 🦊💙
