🚨 Breaking: West Ham United have made their final decision on Divine Mukasa’s future at the club after Manchester City were found guilty — this is the decision they have made! 😱

Nils Koppen has revealed the extraordinary transfer demand Divine Mukasa made before returning to West Ham this summer — a decision that will delight Hammers supporters.

Speaking during an extensive Iron Cast interview with West Ham, the club’s Director of Player Recruitment explained how strongly the 18-year-old wanted to return after his spell with Manchester City.

“The only club I want to come to is West Ham,” Mukasa told them, according to Koppen.

Koppen described Mukasa as “a boy that was desperate to come back”, while also praising his maturity, personality and determination.

The recruitment chief called him an “amazing talent” and said his first day back at the club felt like “coming home”.

Koppen also admitted that Mukasa’s development has progressed faster than both West Ham and Manchester City expected.

His physical growth has been particularly impressive, with the midfielder now capable of covering around 12km during a match, while his technical ability and confidence on both feet have continued to stand out.

There is, however, one puzzling element to the story. If Mukasa was so determined to return to West Ham, it raises questions over why he wanted to leave in the first place.

Nevertheless, his commitment to the Hammers is clear, and his performances have already shown why the club were so keen to bring him back.

His long-term future, though, remains uncertain, particularly with a permanent deal potentially proving difficult.
