🚨😱 Russell Martin Makes a BIG Decision on Sammy Braybrooke Ahead of Leicester City’s Clash Against Peterborough United! — You Won’t Believe What He Has Decided! 😭💔🔥

Leicester City manager Russell Martin faces several major selection dilemmas ahead of Saturday’s League One clash with Peterborough United at the King Power Stadium, as the Foxes prepare to return to league action after a three-week break.

City drew 1-1 with Barnsley in their last league outing before beating Fulham Under-21s and losing to Stevenage in the Jersey Mike’s Trophy.

With Louis Page and Liam Cullen returning from international duty, Martin must also assess the fitness of Jayden Joseph, Conor Chaplin and Will Smallbone.

Midfield presents one of his biggest headaches. John Lundstram has impressed in his two starts and looks certain to retain his place, while Page has also performed well.

Sammy Braybrooke, however, has struggled recently, potentially opening the door for Kamari Doyle or Harry Howell if Smallbone and Chaplin remain unavailable.

Defensively, Wout Faes’ departure means Martin must select a new back four. Harry Souttar impressed against Stevenage, while Ilari Kangasniemi returns after international duty.

Warren O’Hora remains a strong option despite concerns over occasional mistakes in possession. Caleb Okoli and Bade Aluko are also competing for places.

However, Martin’s toughest challenge could be deciding who makes the matchday squad. League One regulations permit just seven substitutes, leaving several players disappointed in recent weeks.

With 23 players competing for 18 places, Martin must make difficult decisions before Saturday’s encounter.
