🚨🚨 BREAKING NEWS 😱💔: Aston Villa have finally revealed the truth about Zion Suzuki’s injury! The date he will return has just been revealed — Villa fans won’t believe it! 😱🔥

Aston Villa’s start to the new Premier League season has been far from ideal, but the international break has at least given Unai Emery’s side some breathing room.

Villa currently sit 16th in the table, safely outside the relegation zone, although their early struggles have raised plenty of concerns around the club.

There are several factors behind Villa’s difficult opening, but injuries have undoubtedly played a major role.

The number of players currently dealing with fitness issues has left Emery facing serious selection problems, with the injury list continuing to grow.

In the first part of the update, attention turns to Zion Suzuki, Brian Madjo, Alysson and Marco Bizot, while Pau Torres, Leon Goretzka, Ian Maatsen and Amadou Onana will be covered separately.

One of the biggest concerns is Suzuki, who has quickly established himself as an important player following his summer arrival. The goalkeeper’s absence is therefore particularly worrying for Villa.

Suzuki is currently training separately from the rest of the Japan squad at their national team camp after reportedly suffering a tear to his oblique muscle.

Villa will now wait for further updates on his condition before determining whether he will be available for their next league fixture.

The key date will be October 10, when Villa are scheduled to welcome Brentford. His recovery between now and then could prove crucial to Emery’s plans.
